The Port Estate

Saqr Port Authority owns its own operational land and buildings. It has a wide mix of property, storage areas and tenants. There are about 70 tenants on the estate altogether. These vary from small offices and light industrial units to large warehouses and storage yards leased to major national firms. A number of properties/land becomes vacant each year for one reason or another but generally these are let within a short period, reflecting the demand in the wider Khor Khwair area.

Sites are mostly used for port related activity with some exceptions.
